Why working out is not just healthy its sexy!

Just incase you needed another reason to hit the gym or buy a work out machine here it is, working out is not just healthy for you mentally and physically it also makes you look more attractive to your partner or would be partner. Trust me when i tell you that as anyone will tell you that a person with an athletic build is much more sexier than someone with no build at all.

I highly recommend a man work out his arms and chest and abs as these areas will attract the most attention on a mans body. And for men just starting to work out these will be the places where he will see the biggest gains. The key to working out and gaining muscle is eating as much as you work out. Adding supplements like amino acids and protein into your diet will help in achieving great muscle mass.

With Spring right around the corner now is the time to start working on that body as short adn t shirts are going to be worn quite a bit and you will want to look your best in them. So get up and and start working out or dont and go this whole Spring and Summer looking weak!

5 things you probably did not know about your penis!

I got these from this great article about 20 Things You Didn’t Know About Penises – But Should! I was blown away by all 20 they listed but these 5 were the best in my opinion so have a look and of course if you want to see all 20 then click on the link and head over the see the rest from which if your a man i totally recommend you do to learn more about your manhood!

Number One - Shrinkage is Not a Myth

George and Jerry really did have their facts straight -- cold weather and cold water are a penis’ mortal enemies. “Testicles need to be warm to effectively make sperm and testosterone,” explains Dr. Fiske. So after a dip in the pool your guy’s tools will literally huddle up against him to stay toasty -- kinda like you do.

Number 2 - Smoking Isn’t Just Bad for Your Lungs

Turns out that human chimney you’re dating may actually be less of a stud than his healthier compatriots. It’s no secret that smoking clogs the arteries, including those that fill the penis with blood at that critical moment. This means smokers may have a harder time rising to the occasion. Bet he quits now!

Number 3 - Your Guy’s Penis Does Have a Mind of Its Own

We’ve suspected this since high school and now we have the medical chops to back it up. “The penis is controlled by the nervous system,” says Dr. Fiske, “which means erections can occur at random.” Take, for example, that morning wood he’s always so eager to share. It’s most likely the result of impulses firing from the brain during REM sleep. And all this time you thought he was dreaming about the Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue!

Number 4 - The U.S. Is Not Foreskin-Friendly

As protective as guys are of their family jewels, a whopping 75 percent of their sons still get sliced and diced. But maybe they’re onto something. “Research has shown some slight health benefits to circumcision,” says Dr. Fiske, “such as less urinary tract infections and a decreased risk of contracting HIV.”

Number 5 - Most Penises Are Created Equal

So forget what you saw in Boogie Nights. “Adult penises typically measure between three and four inches when flaccid and five to six inches when erect,” says Dr. Fiske. What’s more, when it’s time to get busy, a man who started out on the small side, can end up expanding proportionally more than larger dudes. Just tread carefully when sharing this bit of anatomical trivia -- none of the guys we talked to found it reassuring.

Getting it fixed when you first notice it.

So many of my friends and even family go days before getting things treated at eh doctor or hospital and what was once a simple fix now turns out to be not so simple and very costly both physically and financially because they quite simply did not seek treatment soon enough. Trust me if it hurts there is a reason for it and you need to have it looked at by a professional.

Most men I know are tough guys and as such they fall prey to what I call touch guy syndrome which is they think they are so touch that things will just heal on there own or just go away. This is not true and when it comes to things like pain you need to find out why and the best way of healing it.

Work out often with family and friends

Just you hitting the gym is not enough you need to bring along your family and friends and have them start working out with you as well. Kids learn from thier parents more than anyone else and if you show and teach good working out techniques to them they will grow to become healthy and probably happy individuals. Bringing your spouse along with you is great quality time and both of you benefit from the results of working out.

Staying in shape is very important for looking your best and feeling your best but doing it right is the most important not pulling or hurting any muscle while you work out is key to making sure your doing ti right. Stretching before you work out and eating and drinking right are keys to seeing results for your time and pain from working out at the gym and teaching these things to your work out partners is very important.

Being nice is not just a catch phrase

Think about this the next time your mean to a woman. They are someones child they are probably a mother and they probably have gone through a lot more than you have when it comes to being treated badly. Consider that this woman will decide the future for America as all women do and always will.

Being nice to women is so important as they are the future and teach the future to our children and so on and so on so being nice just some of the time is not anywhere as being nice all the time. Just know what you say and do has serious impacts on your family friends and society so keep that in mind the next time you want to lose your mind and go crazy!
